Hi, I'm a longtime Mac user and have quite a lot of knowledge re: the Mac OS, software/shareware/freeware & resources etc.; I also love problem-solving, so if I can't answer your questions right away I can do the research and come back with possibilities. Possible things i can help with are applications, drivers, web, hardware connections, tips & tricks etc. Currently using OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard) but have been using Macs since about OS 6.5 ... should still remember a few things. ;-)
