My mother can do tax returns and is qualified in various other financial services (ie, life insurance, mutual funds, actuarial science).
She also ran a small franchise cleaning agency before, so basic business knowledge, as well.
If you have just a few questions or needs, but don't want to hire an accountant, etc, she may be able to help you out and swap it for housecleaning services, haircuts, or other helpful services.
