I can teach you about soaking foods, juicing, fermenting vegetables (and even some fruit) and why you should, raw foods, using "leftover" pulp in recipes, eating dandelions (and why you should), which fruits & veggies have the least pesticides (even when not bought organic), and many tips & tricks to have your food working overtime for you in nutrition and flavor.
