I am a Certified Energy Yoga Instructor with over 2 years of experience leading Energy Yoga classes at a centre located in Burlington, ON.
I am offering 1:1 or small group instruction in the comfort of your space or mine. My TTC accessable space accomodates a maximum of 4 students comfortably.
A typical Energy Yoga class lasts approximately 1 hr, 20 mins.
The type of yoga that I teach originated in Korea and it is quite different from traditional styles of yoga... The class includes a variety of stretches and holding poses as well as different methods of twisting, tapping and vibrating your body. All of the exercises are specifically designed to clear your meridian channels and promote optimal energy circulation and accumulation in your body and chakras. In the class you will also learn 2 methods of active meditation; one which helps to clear the energy body of blockages and one which helps a person to become sensitive to (or increase their sensitivity to) the feeling of Ki energy.
This class is ideal for personal development, for small group events such as birthdays or it can be a great way to kick off a bachlorette party so that you will be energized and able to dance all night!
