Swapsity is an online swapping community dedicated to helping Canadians build a more collaborative, consumption-conscious and sustainable lifestyle through barter.

As a community, our members swap their pre-loved items, skills, knowledge, talents and time with each other. One person's castoff is another person's catch. Swapsity makes barter a breeze through a unique matching tool that instantly finds local matches and connects members with those who want what they have to offer or have what they need. Big ticket items can also be shared among swappers.

SWAP EVENTS

We also extend the swapping experience with face-to-face swap meets in the Toronto area. Since our inception, we have hosted 17 swap events with varied themes. In 2011, our swap events have resulted in 6,000 items being recycled with 4,000 being swapped, saving Torontonians over $45,000.
